Our hallmark strength has always been a high specialisation in the preparation of just one product: beef stomach, composed of tripe and omasum tripe.

We select the best raw materials based on careful and constant controls and personally handle the processing of our tripe, which is cleaned, cooked and packaged in practical vacuum packs.
The company was founded in 1956 at the will of Emiliano Ferrari, and right from the outset quality and service were the founding pillars of our activities. Later his sons Paolo and Stefano joined the company. The years passed, and the business expanded to reach industrial production levels.
In 1970 the company set up its current headquarters in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia). 1982 was a decisive year, due to the introduction of the new EU regulations harmonising authorisations Europe-wide, and the company obtained the CE recognition for exports, which began at the start of the new millennium.
The last few years have been marked by the entry of Mattia into the company, the third generation sharing the passion for this sector, which has always distinguished our business and our family.
